Job Description
Genesis Health is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Montgomeryville Center team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients and residents.
Position Highlights
- Provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess patients, monitor their condition, and report changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning.
- Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
