Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health's team on a full-time basis (7P-7A shift). As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and enhance patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients and report any changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
