Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
