Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and ensuring patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition.
- Assist in care planning and administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or pending licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
