Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
