Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
