Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Aveanna Healthcare, the largest home health care company in the U.S. As a New Graduate LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
  • Execute physicians' prescribed care plans and document care provided.
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as directed.
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with a focus on health promotion and education.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as an LPN.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with care policies.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
