Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Aveanna Healthcare, the largest home health care company in the U.S. As a New Graduate LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute physicians' prescribed care plans and document care provided.
- Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as directed.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with a focus on health promotion and education.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current, unrestricted state license as an LPN.
- CPR certification.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with care policies.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs.
