Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) specializing in Home Care to join our dedicated team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our HomeHealth division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care, implement patient-centered treatment plans, and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional care to our community.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in a community setting.
- Implement patient-centered care plans that align with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
