Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth's team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care, implement care plans, and contribute to patient-centered care for geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
