Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN in our Home Health division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and contribute to discharge planning efforts. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements
