Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. If you are an experienced LPN seeking an organization that prioritizes Oasis-E and provides comprehensive training and support, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
