Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. We have full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available with competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement and adapt care plans to meet patient needs and available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
