Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide excellent nursing care, help with assessments, medication administration, and supervise unlicensed staff. This position offers opportunities to make a positive impact on patient outcomes while ensuring patient and family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
