Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing efficient and compassionate nursing care to patients/residents. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, administering medications, contributing to care planning, and supervising unlicensed staff.

- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or in the process of obtaining LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
