Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at the Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure as per State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
