Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Evening Shifts at Applewood Center. As an LPN with us, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
