Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking Part Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Evening Shift at Applewood Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
