Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts, working twelve-hour shifts every other weekend at the Willows Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, contribute to assessments, administer medications, and supervise patient care. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assessments.
• Administer medications per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
