Job Description
Pheasant Wood is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for all shifts to join their team. As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, focus on achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
