Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team. As an Office LPN II, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain professionalism, and ensure strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care in a primary care setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members effectively.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in nursing practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience.
• BLS training preferred.
