Job Description
St. Anthony Center, a part of Genesis HealthCare, is seeking full-time, part-time, and casual Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their geriatric/long-term care team. The position offers increased shift differentials for day and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
