Job Description

New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your real estate expertise to acquire off-market and on-market properties, collaborating with our in-house resources and tools to maximize opportunities in the current market.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential properties for acquisition through market analysis and industry knowledge.
• Negotiate deals with sellers and facilitate property acquisitions for the company's inventory.
• Utilize New Western's resources including leads, marketing support, and proprietary software to streamline the acquisition process.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Demonstrated high-performance mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
