Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in real estate to source off-market and on-market properties for acquisition.
• Work with a variety of resources, including leads, established wholesale relationships, and proprietary software to build the property inventory.
• Analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions and negotiate successful deals.
• Communicate effectively and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the acquisition process.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
