Responsibilities

• Identify off-market and on-market properties suitable for acquisition.

• Collaborate with sales agents to facilitate property sales.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong dealmaking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on a commission basis.
