Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team of Acquisition Agents. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry who is passionate about identifying valuable real estate opportunities. As an Acquisition Agent at New Western, you will leverage your real estate knowledge and skills to acquire off-market and on-market properties, working with our extensive resources to grow our inventory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire properties through off-market and on-market channels.
- Utilize your real estate expertise to analyze market trends and negotiate deals effectively.
- Collaborate with our in-house marketing team and sales agents to facilitate property sales.
- Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities through New Western University.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
