Job Description
New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate, a keen eye for property potential, and familiarity with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Identify undervalued properties with potential for added value.
- Utilize your real estate expertise and New Western's resources to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to access leads and sell acquired properties efficiently.
