Line Cook

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Line Cook to join the team at Lariat Lodge Brewing, a popular two-location brewpub known for its great food, beer, and welcoming atmosphere. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in accurately preparing and cooking a variety of delicious dishes, ensuring impeccable quality and timely service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment.
• Ensure that all food products meet our high standards for quality, portion sizes, and cooking methods.
• Maintain adequate levels of food items at the line stations to facilitate smooth service.
• Keep the work station clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation tasks during slower periods.
• Participate in kitchen closing procedures and meetings.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
