Job Title: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Memory Care Unit

We are currently seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our Memory Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. This role involves providing basic personal care support and specific patient care under the direction of the Staff Nurse while ensuring responsive communication, respect, and support to our residents.

Job Summary:

• Deliver basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care.
• Work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse.
• Ensure responsive communication, respect, and support to residents.

Requirements:

• State of Vermont LNA license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work respectfully and successfully as a member of a team.
