Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight, an ArcBest company. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations near the consolidation/distribution center. Your role will involve loading and unloading trailers using established techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick-up and delivery of cargo within a localized area.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading of trailers.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility in duties and schedules based on terminal needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements.
• Good driving record and stable work history.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and medical requirements.
