Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
This position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour. The expected hours are 20-40 per week with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedule, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
