Job Description
Join our team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in home care. We are looking for dedicated LPNs to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in New Castle County, DE. You will work full-time, part-time, or per diem hours, with a competitive pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments in the community setting.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
