Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN in our organization, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement patient-centered care plans, and participate in discharge planning.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Pay
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
