Job Description
We are looking for experienced LPNs to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our Home Care program, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implementing care plans that are patient-centered and developed with available resources in mind. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
