We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support patients in New Castle County, DE. Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, implementing patient-centered care plans, and participating in discharge planning.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
