Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking to hire experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions. Our LPNs will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
