Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. This position offers flexibility in hours and attractive medical/dental/vision benefits, including a competitive hourly salary range of $22.00 - $28.00.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
