Position: LPN
- Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem
- Location: New Castle County, DE
- Hours: Day/Night Shift, 1 weekend/month, 2 holidays/year
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
