Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team in New Castle County, DE. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions, with a competitive pay range of $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. The expected hours are between 20-40 per week, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
