We are currently seeking Part Time LPNs for Evening Shift at Applewood Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients and residents, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice.
