Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Evening and Night Shift LPNs to join the Pheasant Wood team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, delivering efficient and effective nursing care, administering medications, and supervising patient care.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
