Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

* Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical nursing. * Must hold a current state nursing license or pending LPN licensure. * Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred. * Current BLS/CPR certification required.
