Genesis Health is looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our geriatric and long-term care team. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN/casual positions available for both day and night shifts. As an LPN at Clayton Center, you will work alongside a comprehensive interdisciplinary team to provide top-notch care and improve patient outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
• Contribute to care planning and assist in medication administration.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing as an LPN or pending licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required.
