Job Description
We are looking for a talented Manager, Field Analytics and Operations specializing in Oncology/Incentive Compensation to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This position will play a crucial role in delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for field target planning, field process optimization, field analytics, incentive compensation, and more. Strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies for the Oncology team.
- Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to evaluate field force productivity.
- Operationalize KPIs and metrics through centralized data platforms and create performance-related reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access to support projects effectively.
- Communicate incentive compensation plans clearly to field-based teams and sales leadership.
- Partner with data strategy and commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and technology capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA and Symphony.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is advantageous.
- Strong ability to work with large datasets and develop meaningful data views.
- 3+ years in sales operations, analytics, or Commercial IT, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
