Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the Clinical Development process and the digital systems that support it. The Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and supporting digital systems primarily for Global Clinical Development Operations and other functions within R&D. Collaboration with stakeholders, technical proficiency in clinical digital systems/analytics, and experience in clinical trial operations are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the design, development, and delivery of digital systems supporting GCDO for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with various departments within R&D for system implementation and management.
- Accountable for delivering digital systems and Analytics/Reporting for GCDO.
- Identify and introduce new technologies relevant to GCDO, building business cases and supporting implementation.
- Maintain and manage digital systems for GCDO, ensuring optimal performance and utilization.
Requirements
- IT proficiency and passion for new technologies.
- Extensive experience in clinical trials management and technology.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and programming capabilities.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Licenses
- BA/BS in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in clinical technology.
- Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards.
- Understanding of FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11.
