Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a qualified Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities to join our innovative team. As a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines, we are looking for a professional with broad knowledge of Clinical Development processes and technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting digital systems and technologies for Global Clinical Development Operations and other R&D functions. The Manager collaborates with stakeholders to optimize trial performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
• Identify and implement new technologies to enhance trial performance.
• Act as an expert advisor on technology and analytics solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities.

Requirements

• IT proficiency with various clinical digital systems and analytics tools.
• Extensive experience in clinical trials management and technology implementation.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, SQL, SAS, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.
• Minimum BA/BS in relevant field with 5+ years of industry experience.

Education and Licenses

• BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology.
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standards.
• Familiarity with FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11.
