In this position, you will supervise store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing, and implement strategic plans. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance.

Qualifications:

• 18 years or older with retail management experience.

• Knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role.
