We are looking for a Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of managing a store, preparing you for a successful career as a Store Manager. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing and schedules, and drive store performance while developing and mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $98,500 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and team performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
• Maintain store standards and product quality.
• Manage hiring, scheduling, and staff development.
• Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Retail experience and prior management preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
