Manager in Training

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join Aldi's team. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will be immersed in all aspects of efficiently operating a store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and nurturing the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $30.00 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $119,000 (salary + bonus)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations to deliver top-notch customer service
• Implement company strategy and values to foster teamwork
• Handle customer concerns effectively
• Ensure high-quality products and maintain store appearance
• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance expectations
• Monitor budgets and implement loss prevention strategies

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Previous retail and management experience preferred

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
