Job Description

Join ALDI as a Manager in Training and embark on a comprehensive training program to prepare for managing your own store. In this role, you will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing, and develop action plans while mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $70,750

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance and enhance customer service
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues
• Manage staffing, schedules, and team development
• Ensure store merchandising and product quality
• Conduct store meetings and performance evaluations
• Maintain store budgets and achieve performance goals

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service
• Prior management experience preferred

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years retail experience
• Management experience beneficial
