Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join Aldi as a Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will train on all aspects of store management to prepare for running your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store activities, ensuring excellent customer service, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring and growing the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Year 1 Earning Potential: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location-dependent)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities to ensure team understanding and performance.
• Assist in hiring store personnel and managing weekly schedules.
• Manage store performance, inventory, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
